chill, how often did you screw your massaranduba to your verticals? 16" o.c. or 24" o.c.? also what did you use for your verticals? 2x2 pressure treated? thanks
the runners are 1 1/4" treated decking boards painted black that we ripped to about 2". they are 16" o.c. directly screwed to studs. studs were laid out before framing accordingly. screws are swan secure star drive stainless...all 12,000 of them. FUN!
is is the log & siding...it has a pigment for uv protection so i would say it is semi transparent. i used cedar color. two coats..all the way around. fantastic stuff.

is your sikkens treatment clear or semi transparent?
